OEM zetec valve clearance is .004"-.007" intake and .011"-.013" exhaust. You are begging for trouble with that 'Cosworth' exhaust setting. .18 mm. is only maybe .007", or too close. The exhaust valves will stretch easily .005" hot putting you at that .002" or nothing figure, burn valve city.

1999 SVT. Posted September 16, 2007. A small roots blower like the Eaton M45 or M62 would be perfect for the 2L Zetec. There's alot more room under the hood of the 4cyl than the V6, and fabrication would not be too terrible. Also, it would add more power, but not enough to really damage anything or make the car unsafe.
