In the marsh you go to Praying Stones, one of the Major Locations. the second wolf is in Digway Camp (Suffering Camp) the final wolf, the one you tame, can be located outside of their den, which I believe is called something like wolf's den too. The actual fight takes place in an unnamed location next to the cave.

Of course I looked on Wikipedia and YouTube first but I didn't know I was supposed to be looking for a den until after I posted this discussion, I was just plugging in Tensay. It doesn't matter anyway, I stumbled opon a dead wolf which was the wolf "den" that you're supposed to find first. But thanks to everyone who tried to help.
